Work profile and scope

We are a young dynamic team. We believe in providing a one stop solution for all legal needs and requirements. We provide our services from the title search of properties till the final documentations for the end users, i.e. the flat/unit purchasers. All the activities are undertaken with personal touch, expertise and with extreme swiftness required in the modern world.
We undertake drafting, conveyancing, issuance of title certificate, public notices and preparation of legal document/s, legal correspondence of prominent builders and developers of Mumbai, Pune & Nasik..
We have our own team for search of documents at the Offices of the Sub-Registrar of Assurances and a team for stamping and registration of documents. We offer other allied services through our associates such as formation of society under the Co-Operative Societies Act, and also render services for work related to the Charity Commissioners Offices, revenue matters with various revenue authorities.
We also provide necessary consultations with experts from various allied fields such as Chartered Accountants, Architects, RCC Consultants and with senior officers in various departments of Government Of Maharashtra. We through our associates assist in obtaining the valuation of property by approved valuers.

We handle litigations in the High Court at Bombay and subordinate courts in land related and other banking matters. We provide the best counsels at their competitive fees.
We undertake and render package services to certain prominent developers of Mumbai and Pune. The said services include customized services as per specific requirements.
We are empanelled advocates for ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, India Bulls, Bank Of Baroda, Reliance Capital, Axis Bank and HDFC Bank for legal verification of documents for home loans/loan against property through our sister concern UNISOURCE LEGAL SOLUTIONS. We are also empanelled as advocates for the construction finance division of leading banks.
We undertake all documentations from the North Bombay office and the litigations are undertaken from our South Bombay office and is headed by Mr. Durgaprasad Sabnis, solicitor and advocate High Court Bombay.
Our aforesaid offices are well equipped with requisite computers, junior advocates, office staff and complete law library from the year 1960 onwards.
